Presentation Description
As part of the annual one-day Nursing Symposium, this peer-reviewed poster presentation is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with actionable content that highlights quality improvement programs being completed within Sutter Health. This presentation aims to help close the research-to-practice gap by proving the mechanism by which nurses throughout the organization can review the scholarship of their peers and collaborate on the implementation of practice changes.

Learning Objectives
This presentation is intended to promote increased scholarship and quality improvement leadership among Sutter Health nurses.
As such the primary learning objective is to apply at least one concept gained through poster review into practice as articulated through a Commitment to Change.

The number of credits you earn depends on the number of posters you reviewed. Each participant will receive 1 credit for every 6 posters that they complete the reflective learning evaluation for, not exceeding 4 credits based on the number of posters that are available to view.
The first Reflective Learning Statement is REQUIRED, whereas the subsequent ones are optional. Learners who claim more credit than what is aligned with the number of Reflective Learning Statements submitted will have their enrollment removed and any/all credit forfeited.
