Suzanne Williams, RN MSN-ED
Obtained my bachelor's in nursing from Dominican University, San Rafael in 2000. Returned to my hometown, Modesto, California to begin my career at Memorial Medical Center as a Clinical Nurse Resident on the Orthopedic unit. In 2008, I earned my Master’s in Nursing and Education from the University of Phoenix. Sutter has supported and provided several professional advancement from unit nurse to Charge Nurse, and now the Clinical Nurse Residency Program (CNR) Coordinator. With my current role, I am very honored to contribute a positive impact to the nursing body. To provide the success factors that influence the foundation of our newly graduated nurses. The CNR program continues to flourish, supporting and enhancing confidence, building professionalism, and maintaining evidence-based practice skills. The program will continue to advance, meeting the needs of our staff, patients, and community.
