Description:

The AMA and Gould Medical Group have partnered to assess current burnout rates and identify solutions using the Mini-Z survey. Data from the 2023 survey and internal analysis indicate significant improvements in clinician satisfaction, turnover rates, and burnout levels. To sustain these gains, this educational event will emphasize early recognition of burnout among providers, aiming to foster ongoing improvements in work environments and encourage timely personal interventions to prevent severe burnout.
