Description:
This presentation will give an update on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology on mental health and evolving cultural consideration of clinical applications that have emerged during the past year. Questions that will be explored include: How have people responded and reacted to the technology's affordances? How is it affecting the way people perform their work, understand the world, and perceive themselves? What can be expected in the year ahead?

Learning Objectives
After participation in this activity, learners will be able to:
1. Identify at least two ethical issues that have arisen regarding AI technology and mental health in the past year.
2. Explain how AI technology has impacted people's work and self-perception over the past year based on reactions and cultural shifts.
3. Evaluate at least two ways that AI technology may continue to influence mental health, work, and identity in the coming year.
