Matt is a writer, programmer, and lawyer. He is the President of RadicalxChange Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to democratic innovation and institutional design. RadicalxChange's work focuses on experimentation with new systems of voting, property, and money, in collaboration with governments, technologists, and cultural organizations. He has also been a practicing antritrust litigator and a law clerk at the US District Court for the Souther District of New York.
