Overview of the 3 Sessions in the Application to Practice Series: Session #1- Set personal development goals and define indicators of progress Session #2- Practice GROW model coaching in triads and identify necessary feedback Session #3- Conduct peer feedback on personal development goals and identify resources for further learning.
This coaching groups dates occur on Friday afternoons. Dates are as follows:
Session 1: 10/27, noon – 1:30 pm
Session 2: 11/17, noon – 1:30 pm
Session 3: 12/15 noon – 1:30 pm
