Session Description

Sutter Health nurses continue to demonstrate their passion for finding creative, evidence-based ways to promote health and healing. This one-day symposium is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with evidence-based, invigorating, useful, and actionable content.

The focus of this session is on Role of the Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (aka Nurse Educator). Explore the role and impact of Nursing Professional Development Practitioners, including how nurses enter this role, the Nursing Professional Development practice model, and ways educators promote safety and service excellence across our system.
