Over her 20-year career in healthcare, Diedra Kramer has extensive experience inspiring businesses and teams to achieve their fullest potential. She currently serves as the Vice President for Consumer Strategy at Sutter Health.  Diedra leads her team to meet the modern consumer expectations by gleaning consumer insights, building an advanced digital front door, and developing a consumer centered in person experience through experience blueprinting and journey mapping. Prior to her current role, Diedra served as the Chief Operating Officer of Health & Wellness Solutions, for Ochsner Health.  In this role, Diedra and her team empowered consumers take control of their wellbeing by providing clinical care, health products, and wellness services.
