I have been a nurse since 2002, starting in the ICU and specializing in cardiovascular, medical, and surgical patients including IABP and CRRT devices.  I have held a variety of leadership positions since 2007 including time in quality where I developed a stroke program with successful initial designation as a Stroke Center at San Ramon Regional Medical Center.  I am a lean trained leader having participated in and lead many kaizen's and other performance improvement events. I had the privilege to serve as Eden Medical Centers Chief Nurse executive from 2018-2021 and am now the Director of Nursing Operations out of the System Office.  In this role, my workstreams include the clinical and operational expertise for Workforce Effectiveness working with labor budgets across the enterprise, Fulfillment Center our multi-facility float pool, and supporting acute schedule and patient acuity.  I am a proud graduate of Sutter Health's Leadership Academy, class of 2019 and participate in many talent development and HR initiatives.
