For the last six years, Eduardo worked in Legal & Risk Services on Medicare and Medi-Cal reimbursement and regulatory compliance matters for Sutter Health.  Prior to Sutter Health, Eduardo worked for eight years at the California Department of Health Care Services on safety net financing, provider reimbursement, and Medi-Cal expansion under federal healthcare reform.
