My name is Anthony Garcia and I'm an environmental services aide in Sutter Roseville Medical Center, since starting here I have joined the PGC which is the Pathway to excellence program, it's a council of all departments who gather once a month to discuss new and upcoming events in Sutter. I am also a Lead role in EVS, and problem solve throughout the day when needed. I've only lived in the Sacramento area for 3 years now and really enjoy the journey and grown to love the area; I am currently enrolled in school with Futuro Health a foundation who collaborated with my union SEIU-UHW and am on my way to becoming a Surgical technician within this year. I have learned a lot in the short time at Sutter and will continue to grow as a healthcare provider and appreciate all the opportunities that are offered to me here.
