Dr. Gayle Swift, PhD, MSN, CNS, RN a clinical nurse specialist in integrative health, with a PhD in Quantum Medicine, created The IHA Way, an Integrated Model based in the Spiritual Perennial Cross-cultural Ancient Wisdom now validated by the New Sciences associated with self regulating neuroplasticity.  The practices awaken the healing system, restoring resilience, vitality and health in The 5 Domains of Human Experience, applicable for care of self, colleagues, patients and clients. As an Educational Consultant, she brings this work to hospitals and her community through workshops and individual council. She is the author of The 32 Keys, Awakening To Soul, The Soul Cards, The Mother Runes and Grace Under Fire. Gayle has an extensive background in clinical nursing, education and leadership, as well, a private practice for over 15 years utilizing a shamanic-energy approach to release the disharmony held within the body-heart-mind-and all our relations.
