I am a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner with 25 years of comprehensive experience in neonatal intensive care. I am currently completing doctoral studies to support my interests in leadership, interprofessional collaboration, and quality improvement. My current projects focus on development of a nurse practitioner-led provider model and service escalation from level II to level III for the Sutter Memorial Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  Additionally, I am an adjunct faculty member for the graduate neonatal programs at the University of California, San Francisco.
