Dr Culver has been a Family Practice provider at PAMF since 2012 in Aptos, where she has served as the IM/FM department chair since 2017.  She earned her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of California at Davis.  

Dr Culver has run an Osteoporosis educational program for patients since 2017. She has taught over 2000 patients in an effort to improve data driven clinical choices, with significant improvement in engagement, follow up, and treatment.  In 2021, she created and implemented the Osteoporosis Improvement Project; a team-based effort made up of APC's and physicians to improve and expand Osteoporosis treatment and follow up.  To further spread data based education she has presented at grand rounds and at community educational events on the topic.
