Michelle Keating has 12 years of nursing experience and has been with Sutter Health for over 5 years. Michelle has successfully lead quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives that resulted in improved clinical outcomes. In her current role, Michelle leads Sutter Safe Care and improvement activities that support patient safety across Sutter Health.  Prior to joining Sutter Health, Michelle worked as a staff nurse in a level 2 trauma center and held the leadership roles of Clinical Nurse Leader and Director of Patient Experience.
