Rupinder Deol is a Nurse Practitioner at Sutter Medical Weight Management and at the diabetes clinic.  She has worked in multiple care settings including inpatient, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care and outpatient clinics.   She received her Bachelor of Arts in Rehabilitation from the University of Calgary, Alberta.  At Yale School of Nursing in New Haven, Connecticut., she earned a Master of Science in Nursing and gerontological nurse practitioner certification.  She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from University of California, San Francisco, where she was also a post-doctoral fellow.
