Tamara Kinoshita began her career in healthcare as a nursing assistant, and then a licensed vocational nurse, followed by receiving her ADN from Sierra College and then went on the receive her BSN and master's in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University. She started working for SRMC in the fall of 2019 as an Oncology RN and then in 2021 transitioned into the new role of Inpatient Supervisor for the inpatient units. She is currently the Clinical Manager for 3 Tower, a medsurg telemetry unit at SRMC. Tamara is a leader for the Dyad Program partnering physicians and managers in order to implement meaningful changes on each of the inpatient units.
