Course Description
Designed and facilitated by doctorate prepared faculty from Samuel Merritt University College of Nursing, this workshop will educate nurses on utilization of creative arts to mitigate caregiver burnout, reduce stress, enhance communication, and improve wellness. Participants will learn evidence-based practices, practice Heart Math™ techniques to promote self-care and resilience, and create movement and art related to personal healing processes.

After completing this activity, learners should be able to:
1. Appraise the utilization of creative arts to mitigate caregiver burnout, reduce stress, enhance communication, and improve wellness.

4. Create movement and art related to personal healing processes.
