SBMF_Preceptor Workshop_Live - 6/6/23 Class
Despite the growing need for ambulatory healthcare employees, setting. This results in employee lack of confidence and high employee turnover. Therefore, a clinical preceptor should be available to mentor clinical staff in the ambulatory setting. This Virtual CME convenes expert ambulatory nurse/clinical educators to teach a preceptor workshop resulting in employee retention and job satisfaction.

Learning Objectives
1. Provide ambulatory care healthcare workers with knowledge and tools to become a successful preceptor.
2. Provide teaching and development of incumbent staff as well as emotional interpersonal attributes as preceptees entering into the clinical setting.
