PAMF_Clinical Leadership Essentials Cohort 8: Dyad Role Clarification and Agreement - 11/17/23 Class
The Clinician Leadership Excellence program as a whole is implemented to provide new and existing physician leaders with skills and strategies needed to succeed in their roles using the 4 E’s of Exploration, Education, Exposure and Experience. This series of modules that occur approximately once a month over 11 months allow leaders to complete the full program within a year with ongoing mentorship throughout the program to support implementation of their new leadership skills.
The Dyad Role Clarification and Agreement Module will address:
Practice Gap - Dyad partners are new to their roles and lack adequate knowledge of each other’s role in order to lead a department together
Educational Need - Clinical dyad pairs are able to collaborate and agree around how and when to meet/communicate, who does what, how decisions are made to lead their department.
Learning Objective - Dyad pairs have a clear agreement on individual and shared goals, roles, expectations, strengths and communication styles of each other.

Learning Objectives
After the completion of this module, learners will be able to:
1. Engage in a clear agreement on individual and shared goals, roles, expectations, strengths and communication styles with dyad partner.
2. Summarize the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion considerations is forming and maintaining dyad partnerships.
