This webinar will focus on understanding the importance of effective communication skills that are essential for rapport building and maintaining relationships with patients and families. Attendees will learn how to address and navigate challenging patient care situations by learning skills and verbiage to mitigate miscommunication and provide clarity during patient care conversations to develop an appropriate plan of care.
