Description:
As part of the annual one-day Nursing Symposium, this peer-reviewed poster presentation is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with actionable content that highlights quality improvement programs being completed within Sutter Health. This presentation aims to help close the research-to-practice gap by proving the mechanism by which nurses throughout the organization can review the scholarship of their peers and collaborate on the implementation of practice changes.
