The Greater San Francisco Division Clinician Leader Retreat brings healthcare leaders together for an intensive two-day experience focused on enhancing clinical leadership capabilities. Participants will gain valuable insight into healthcare service line operations and financial metrics while sharing evidence-based best practices for superior patient outcomes. This activity will address strategies for effectively engaging multi-generational teams, with tailored approaches for Baby Boomers through Gen Z professionals. Attendees will develop practical change management skills applicable to clinical settings, including readiness assessment tools and resistance management techniques.
