Description:
This Chronic Ankle Instability Grand Rounds will review the evaluation and management of chronic lateral ankle instability. Learners will recognize key anatomical structures, review clinical presentation and diagnostic workup, and apply conservative management strategies, including proprioceptive training and physical therapy interventions. The session will also outline surgical indications and typical postoperative recovery pathways for patients who fail non-operative care.
