Description:
An immersive learning experience that equips participants with the knowledge and practice of key capabilities that augments their growth as strategic leaders at Sutter Health. The DAP program also provides a dynamic forum for participants to share their insights and expertise to inspire each other and undertake experiential learning exercises to help fortify Sutter Health’s strategy with the philosophy of effective leadership. The leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and communication of the teams formed in this program ultimately lead to improved patient care and patient/family outcomes.

Learning Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate trust-building skills learned in class and review techniques to provide coaching to employees to help increase engagement, motivation, and effectiveness, measured by peer coaching and team performance surveys.
- Demonstrate and build change leadership skills to lead and support change efforts within our organization. Participants will apply the learning to their DAP projects with application of change tools and implementing change methodology from the PROSCI research.
- Evaluate behaviors associated with specific business objectives and results.
- Create a culture transformation plan, using the 'Partner's in Leadership' Results Pyramid tool, to guide teams during project implementations.
