This session will be to learn about top concerns around patient safety and methods to improve care for all patients. We will explore ways to approach quality improvement and examine current strategies to ensure safe care across the continuum. We will also discuss the impact of gaps in communication, and barriers disabled persons face when seeking care.

2. Analyze implications of language barrier access and how that effects the outcome of a patient's health
3. Discuss the Fishbone Diagram for Quality Improvement Intervention.
4. Assess barriers to providing safe, high-quality care for people with disabilities
