Description:

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process, designed to inspire individuals to maximize personal and professional potential and effectiveness. It is a journey of self-discovery and growth for the Coachee (the individual receiving coaching), helping them to tap into their own resources, creativity and sense of purpose.

What is CAP?

The PAFMG Leadership Development office is excited to offer a new training program – Coach Accelerator Program (or CAP) - for those who would like to become an internal PAFMG Leadership Coach. This is a great opportunity for you to further develop yourself as a coach and to develop other newer leaders as they step into newer and larger leadership roles. Purpose of CAP A comprehensive internal coaching program is seen as an accelerator to realizing PAFMG’s strategic priorities of growth, exceptional models of care and the best place to work for Physicians and APCs. Through internal coaching resources we will be able to systematically grow a more diverse leadership bench while also enhancing the resilience and effectiveness of PAFMG leaders.
