Incivility, bullying, and workplace violence are components of a broader, complex phenomenon that encompasses both overt and covert harmful actions in the workplace. This educational event aims to: Define Incivility and Bullying: Understand the various forms these behaviors can take, from obvious actions like demeaning comments and intimidation to more subtle, covert behaviors. Provide Prevention Strategies: Learn effective methods to prevent incivility and bullying in the workplace, fostering a healthier and more respectful work environment. Resources for Support: Gain access to resources and support systems available for those affected by workplace incivility and bullying.
