Breast reconstruction after mastectomy is an integral part of breast cancer treatment that positively impacts the quality of life in breast cancer survivors. Although breast reconstruction rates have increased over time this educational event aims to close practice gaps in physicians not knowing what choices patients have for breast reconstruction.
