Description:
The clinical leadership excellence program as a whole is implemented to provide new and existing physician leaders with skills and strategies needed to succeed in their roles using the 4 E’s of Exploration, Education, Exposure and Experience. This series of 90-minute modules that occur approximately once a month over 11 months, includes pre-work before each module and modules cycle through a different topic each month to allow leaders to complete the full program within a year. This year there will be a special focus on Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Principles of DEI will be woven into all modules where leaders can identify, describe and apply inclusive behavior
Dyad Role Clarification & Agreement is taken with your foundation dyad partner, this module walks through an exercise designed to clarify roles and create an agreement for working together.

After this activity concludes a learner will be able to:
1. Utilize A3 thinking to address problems in their departments 2. Ability to locate resources to help them in the A3 thinking process.
