0341-5_PAMF_Applying Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Principles to Leadership_Live
Description:
Inclusive workplace cultures prioritize diversity of thought, background, and experience, aiming to make everyone feel valued, understood, and empowered. A growth mindset and psychological safety are pivotal in providing adaptability, open dialogue, vulnerability, innovation, resilience, retention, trust, and accountability. This workshop will focus on increasing our self-awareness of biases, including similarity bias, to support an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. Learners will explore the building blocks of a culture rooted in trust, inclusivity, psychological safety and belonging. In a culture rich in sharing different ideas and experiences, learning and growth is supported. This abbreviated DEI workshop is intended to deepen the understanding of a growth mindset, with didactic and interactive learning to bring these concepts to life.
