Description:
Incapacitated patients require special ethical consideration to protect their rights and bodily autonomy. There is an additional sensitivity and potential distress for health care professionals around the topic of an incapacitated patient. This webinar will review a challenging case to provide reflection on and guidance regarding how to fulfill our ethical obligations to patients who are incapable and resisting recommended treatment.
