Description
This course will cover how to assess and treat adult recalcitrant rashes such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, irritant contact dermatitis, and allergic contact dermatitis. In particular, this session will address the typical history and symptoms of a chronic rash patient, proper intake questions, In-depth analysis on how to FIRST be a diagnostician and THEN be therapeutic focused and, how to utilize CPAT (Clear, Patch test, Avoid, Treat).

Learning Objectives
After completion of this course, learners will be able to:
1. Set up proper information intake processes that are essential for diagnosing and treating skin rashes.
2. Evaluate chronic skin rashes via best practice diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
3. Diagnose skin rashes through a physical exam and other diagnostic options such as a patch test or skin biopsy.
4. Integrate CPAT (Clear, Patch Test, Allergen Avoidance, Therapy) into practice.
