Course Description
2024 SCAH Education Series: Disease Management in Home Health and Hospice Seminar Series is designed to support the healthcare team in improved understanding of their patients' conditions, address their role as a leader in their practice, give them tools for communicating with and understanding patients' unique needs, understand patient’s needs related to their diagnosis and support the relationship between the patient and the healthcare team across SCAH. This recording will focus on urinary tract infections, urosepsis, foley & suprapubic catheters with diagnosis treatment and management.

Learning Objectives
After attending this activity learners should be able to:
- By the end of the presentation, learners will understand the difference between simple cystitis and complicated cystitis
- By the end of the presentations, learners will be understand the common signs and symptoms of simple and complicated cystitis.
- By the end of the presentations learners will understand prevention education for patients and families.
- By the end of the presentation learners will understand the signs and symptoms of urosepsis
