Description:
Clinicians often have limited knowledge of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) as an option for nonsurgical management of thyroid nodules. This includes a gap in best practices to identifying indications for RFA, treatment goals, and follow-up recommendations. This presentation focuses on how to identify the right patient, procedure techniques, treatment goals, proper follow up and outcomes and what the future holds for RFA.
