This faculty development lecture aims to provide educators with valuable insights and practical strategies for the successful remediation of struggling residents. Identifying and assisting learners who require additional support is crucial for their future success as independent physicians. This faculty development session will explore various approaches to identifying and helping residents who are not meeting their milestones. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges in training medical residents and learn how to design remediation plans that address learner needs in the context of the resources available to a residency program. Join this session to sharpen your skills and contribute to the growth and development of our residents and our residency programs.
