0165_SHVGR_ Voiding Dysfunction in Men_Live

September 20, 2023

Course Description:

When treatment of voiding dysfunction is not effective how can primary care providers help manage and effectively treat patients? Many primary care providers manage all men with voiding dysfunction as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and may escalate treatment with additional meds for BPH without considering alternatives. This presentation highlights simple diagnostic tools to determine etiology of voiding dysfunction and reviews guidelines for treatment with application to practice via 3 case studies that explore differential diagnoses for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
