Course Description: 

This presentation gives neurologists and neurosurgeons an opportunity to stay up to date on the latest advances and recommendations in neurological care and also serves as a platform to share best practices within the neuroscience clinical practice. This also is a forum for neurologists and neurosurgeons to come together to discuss complex cases involving Parkinson's Disease and share various expertise so as to make informed decision on the patient's treatment plan.

After completion of this course, learners will demonstrate the following competencies related to Non-Motor Symptoms in Parkinson's Disease and their Management:

• Explain the multi-system nature of Parkinson's disease.

• Identify common manifestations of non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease.

• Apply best practices for the management and treatment of common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
