Session Description
Sutter Health nurses continue to demonstrate their passion for finding creative, evidence-based ways to promote health and healing. This one-day symposium is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with evidence-based, invigorating, useful, and actionable content.
The focus of this session is on Creating Powerful Habits: Strategies for Success. Using a proven framework, participants will reflect on core values, learn the four laws of behavior change, and design practical strategies to create powerful habits.
