Session Description
Sutter Health nurses continue to demonstrate their passion for finding creative, evidence-based ways to promote health and healing. This one-day symposium is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with evidence-based, invigorating, useful, and actionable content.
The focus of this session is on Workplace Bullying & Incivility in Nursing. Participants will learn the difference between bullying and incivility, understanding the impact, and hear personal experiences of bullying and incivility shared by Sutter Health nurses. Actionable, useful strategies are included to promote healthy interpersonal relationships at work.
