David Gladden has been in healthcare and injury prevention for over 30 years, most recently celebrating 25 years with Sutter Health in his current position as Director of Employee Safety.  Over that tenure, he has supported the development and implementation of injury prevention strategy to include enterprise wide Safe Patient Mobilization and Ergonomic programs, Injury Reporting and Investigation applications and general injury prevention infrastructure that has reduced Sutter's overall current injury rate to the lowest in the organizations history.
