Shannon Weber, RN, BSN, VA-BC, CCRN, MICN
Shannon is an accomplished nurse leader with experience in Emergency nursing, Critical Care nursing, and Vascular Access nursing. Over her 12 year career, she has demonstrated a passion for delivering patient centered care while driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Currently serving as the Director of Nursing for Critical care, Progressive Care, Vascular Access, and Resource nursing, Shannon oversees dedicated, capable teams and manages daily operations, quality improvement initiatives and patient throughput strategies. She specializes in fostering collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, enhancing nursing care protocols, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Shannon’s career highlights include leading the development of a Vascular Access Team, spearheading initiatives to innovate care in critical care settings, improve nursing documentation strategies in the hospital setting, and successfully navigating leadership roles in Emergency Department and Critical Care settings. Known for her ability to build trust and enhance teamwork, she works hard to create and sustain cohesive, high performing teams.
A lifelong learner, Shannon recently completed the Sutter certified leader 3 program and is currently a fellow in the American Hospital Association’s Next Generation Leaders Fellowship. These experiences have reinforced Shannon’s commitment to driving innovation, high quality patient care, and mentorship within healthcare.
