Michelle Keating has 15 years of nursing experience and has been with Sutter Health for over 7 years. Michelle has successfully lead quality, safety, and care experience initiatives that resulted in improving care for our patients, care teams, and clinicians. In her current role, Michelle leads Sutter Safe Care improvement activities that support reliability and patient safety across the enterprise.  Prior to joining Sutter Health, Michelle worked as a staff nurse at a level 2 trauma center and held the leadership roles of Clinical Nurse Leader and Area Director of Patient Experience.
