Dr. Pillai graduated from UT Southwestern medical school. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency as well as her Headache Medicine fellowship at Stanford. She treats patients with migraine and various other headache disorders.  Due to her training in physical medicine, she understands the overlap between musculoskeletal disorders and headache disorders and utilizes this knowledge in her treatment approach to patients. She specializes in Botox for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections. In addition to her San Francisco clinic, Dr. Pillai also sees patients at Sutter’s Novato office.
