Janette is a registered nurse with a passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of care. She has 15 years of nursing experience in both ambulatory care and the intensive care unit. For the last 9 years, she has held leadership roles within the ASC setting, including serving as Director of Nursing for a large multispecialty surgery center. She holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from UCSF and a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) from Pacific Union College.

Janette currently serves as Manager of Quality and Patient Safety for the Sutter Surgery Center Division, supporting 35 surgery centers throughout California. She directs a team of clinical leaders specializing in quality, life safety, infection control, accreditation, licensing, survey preparedness, and risk management.
