- Exceeded EBITDA budget by 21% for the 21 Joint Venture ASCs in 2019, and 19% for the Valley Area (16 facilities) in 2021, and 24% for the entire division (37 facilities) in 2023
- Launched a Process Improvement framework for safety huddles, daily engagement system, huddle boards, PI steering committees and rapid improvement workshops, which generated $1.6M of reinvested dollars in first year
