Megan Merz is Assistant General Counsel for Sutter Health.  Megan supports the Sutter Surgery Center Division, providing operational, strategic, and corporate governance related counsel for Sutter’s wholly owned and joint venture ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospital. Megan’s expertise includes joint venture governance, ASC acquisitions, surgery center operations, vendor contracting, and medical staff affairs.  She also supports Sutter Care at Home.  Megan is a member of the California bar and has additional background in corporate litigation and technology contracting.
