Adam Rico has been coaching leaders to peak levels of performance and professional fulfillment for more than thirteen years. He works with leaders to improve their leadership, influence, and overall effectiveness in their roles. Adam’s objective is to help his clients achieve their goals through enhanced self-awareness, asking powerful questions and encouraging new perspectives.

Adam has been with Sutter Health since 2017 and also worked more than ten years for an electric utilities organization in the HR and Learning and Development function. Prior to this he was a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) who worked with at-risk youth and their families.

Adam holds a master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in MFT and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. He earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas. In addition, he is certified in the following assessments:
