Rebecca Lachona, MA, ACC
Rebecca Lachona is an experienced educator, talent development consultant and coach who lives to empower individuals and groups to achieve their full potential. Rebecca has over 14 years of combined experience in leadership development, organizational learning and effectiveness, adult learning theory, instructional design, facilitation, design thinking, career and life coaching, personal effectiveness and wellness practices.
Rebecca partners with clients to create supportive learning environments, resources and opportunities that shape individual clients into highly effective contributors and leaders, and groups into high performing teams. Rebecca’s skills include conducting evaluations and designing solutions to address specific educational needs, creating tools and resources to support talent development, creating processes to support strategic talent management, designing and delivering educational programs, supportive resources and providing coaching for individual, group, and team development.
Rebecca holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Effectiveness from University of the Pacific and is currently working toward her Doctorate of Education degree in Leadership and Innovation (also from University of the Pacific). Additional education and certifications include: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), completion of the "Professional Coaching for Life and Work" program through University of California, Davis; Korn-Ferry® Leadership Architect certification; Prosci® Change Management practitioner; Sutter Health Leading with Values facilitator. Rebecca’s knowledge also extends to the following assessment instruments: TalentSmart EQI 2.0, Simpli5 (formerly 5 Dynamics), DiSC, MBTI, HoganLead, and Clifton StrengthsFinder.
