0426_SHSO_Principles and Practice of Clinician Leadership 2 - Cohort 11, 2024 _Live

November 7, 2024

Description

Principles & Practice of Clinician Leadership 2 (PPCL2) offers hands-on, practical skill development for high-potential, established physician and advanced practice clinician leaders with at least 6 months experience in their current leadership role. Completion of PPCL1 (formerly IPAL) is a prerequisite for this program. This program further develops the skills and mindset that are essential to effective leadership of interprofessional teams and working groups. The program aims to prepare leaders to utilize skills in emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, change management, and influence as they move a self-selected project toward a desired outcome. In addition, the program incorporates mindfulness and reflection activities to help participants combat burn-out for themselves and the teams they lead.

Target Audience
